is in place we are happy to perform remote support for a one off charge (quoted
at the time of your requested support).
Once you have received your 6 digit remote support code from one of our technicians please enter it into the box below and click on 'Connect'.
This code is valid for 24h hours or one remote session. The code allows you to download a small program that makes our supporters able to control and configure your system if needed. On some systems you may require help from your IT department to enable the remote software to gain access to your PC.
The remote access works on almost every system without the need of changing any security configurations on the local system or network.
